  • Metrics Works has the capability to support a variety of machined components used in hydraulics, electrical, lighting, metering, Oil & Gas, Power generation, and solar energy.
  • Components include forgings, ductile iron, grey iron, steel castings, investment castings, and bar stocks.

  • Aluminum extrusions offer automotive engineers a corrosion free material with the design flexibility to combine multiple functions in one part, and optimize the application of strength in critical areas of chassis, frames, steering hanger, crush frames, roofing, battery holding frames, and many other components.
  • Metrics Works has over 12 years of high and low volume precision machining and sub-assembly of Ductile and Gray Iron castings. We have delivery experience directly on behalf of our foundry customers to ship JIT into Honda, BMW, Volkswagen, Subaru, and Toyota. We ship into various Tier 1 and Tier II suppliers routinely for final assembly.
  • The casting process is an essential part of metalworking. This process holds the ability to create various complex parts in a wide selection of metals for countless industries. However, castings need to be machined for the part to be porosity-free, defect-free, and usable for various strength applications.
  • Metrics Works uses various vertical milling machines, horizontal milling machines, horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, single spindle, multi-spindle machines equipped with state-of-the-art Controls and automatic tool changes. Daily volumes range from 120-1200 parts per day per dedicated production line.
  • Applications include but are not limited to Suspension components such as Front and Rear Knuckles, Control Arms, Damper Forks, and Brake Calipers. They also have various Engine and Drive Train components such as Transmission Clutch housings, timing chain covers, valve covers, crankcases, oil pans, exhaust manifolds, and various brackets. Metrics works also produce machined yokes and other applications for the automotive industry.
